Every showroom visitor is greeted with a friendly smile at the front office. Our showroom lends our clientele a physical representation of our product quality.
Clients are treated in a professional manner during designer meetings. Our highly experienced designers have the knowledge and expertise to answer any questions and overcome every design challenge.
Shop drawings are created after initial meetings with clients. These plans are reviewed numerous times before final approval.
Upon approval, drawings are sent to our in-house manufacturing center. Located in Omaha, NE, our facility features state of the art equipment, and a highly skilled team of professional cabinet makers. Since 2016, the integration of automation technology and software has placed Eurowood in the "Early Adopters" stage of the innovation adoption life cycle. In our production center, we have fully embraced Industry 4.0 principles.
The latest addition to our fabrication technology center is our Homag StoreTeq. Using this technology, we have full visibility into our sheet good inventory. It increases our storage capacity and provides our production management team a high level of agility and flexibility.
Our Homag panel saw is integrated with our material handling system for ultimate shop personnel safety. Upon request by one of our saw operators, the StoreTeq will drop a panel on the back roller table. The program fence will bring the sheet forward for the cutting pattern.
Next to our panel saw sits our "Blue Bin" scrap rack. Any offcuts generated by our production runs are re-optimized into future runs. This helps increase our yield, reduce waste, and gain efficiency. All offcut patterns are labeled, and our saw/router operators will place the offcuts in the appropriate bin for future use.
Also integrated into our material handling system is our Homag Vantech. The Vantech is also at the top of the market for fabrication technology. Directed from the StoreTeq, sheets are placed onto the infeed roller table where they are pre-labeled using CNC driven coordinates. Suction cups pull the board onto the CNC table, where the pattern is processed before being pushed onto an outfeed conveyor.
Parts from our Vantech are pushed to an outfeed conveyor, where our shop team moves them through to downstream processes.
Custom products are handled on our 2001 Weeke BHC router. This tried and true router is heavily built and can handle additional output as well as custom part machining.
Our Homag Ambition edgebander assists our team in producing the perfect edge. Edgebanding can make or break the finished product. Air Tech is new to the market, and produces a near zero edge between the cut line and face banding.
Parts are then sent to our cabinet box building department. Here, the parts are assembled to create individual cabinet boxes.
An overview of our specialty woodworking floor from our showroom. Assembled cabinet boxes are fitted with specialty moldings, corbels, end panels, and more. Often times, cabinet layouts are assembled in our specialty area as a quality control measure. Additional features our specialty team provides are countertop fabrication, steel support for countertop overhangs, and any special furniture pieces.

Upon completion of custom work, cabinets are sent to a local finisher for pre-finished orders. Many jobs are also shipped unfinished, for a jobsite finish upon installation.
Finished cabinets are sent to our delivery department. Deliveries in Omaha and surrounding areas are closely packed into our local truck. Certain shipments require individual packaging (pictured above) depending on delivery method.
Our local truck, nicknamed "Big Blue" delivers to a home in Omaha, NE.
Long distance deliveries are generally shipped full truck or LTL. Eurowood has relationships with various logistics companies, and has access to the best shipping rates. Eurowood ships anywhere in the United States.

Our clientele feels as though the team at Eurowood pays close attention to their detailed specifications and has only positive feedback to say about the company. Their customer service is remarkable and the quality of their cabinetry is absolutely timeless."
Collin Shramek, Arjay Builders, Inc.

"Thirteen years ago Eurowood completely remodeled our kitchen. They did a fabulous job! I absolutely love the detail they added to the drawers such as knife slots and spice holders and the slide out shelving. It looks as good today as it did when it was completed. Now 13 years later our built-in refrigerator began to leak from somewhere in the back. The repair man refused to move it out. He said some wood trim needed to be removed before he could get it out; he left. I called Eurowood and they immediately came out--the owner and his son. It turned out that the wood did not need to be removed as the repairman said, Well, the owner and his son removed the refrigerator within four minutes and then returned to put it back when the repair man again refused to move it. NOW THAT IS SERVICE FROM AN COMPANY WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED!! i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for the quality of work they do on cabinetry and also their willingness to help even 13 years later."

"20 years ago we hired Eurowood to renovate our kitchen. We found the original planning, installation and quality to be exceptional. It still looks new today! Recently we contacted them regarding one cabinet door that split after someone fell into it. I just picked up the door that Eurowood repaired within a few days. There is no visual evidence of the repair. We are so pleased once again with their quality of workmanship and level of service."

Northstar Foundation Bookcases:
Eurowood Cabinets developed a line of bookcases for Omaha's Northstar Foundation. Located at 49th and Ames Avenue, Northstar is a non-profit organization that focuses on after school development for boys in North Omaha. Their core curriculum includes athletics, art, and education. Northstar recieves many book donations to be used for after school education. Without a formal library, Northstar had a need for book storage which could be easily accessible by teachers.
Eurowood worked with administrators at Northstar to develop rolling bookcases which double current book capacity. The purpose of these bookcases is to give teachers an effective method of moving books from storage into a classroom setting. Eurowood donated labor and materials to the Northstar Foundation for this cause.
